All I can say is wow and a massive thank you

“All I can say is wow and a massive thank you to Vicky who went above and beyond. I ordered a present for my sister and I asked if a message could be included, not only did Vicky include a message, a card but also wrapped the parcel in Christmas paper and sent a picture of the packaging. Now that is what I call amazing customer service. I ordered the cashmere neck warmer and my sister loves it, excellent quality, lightweight and looks fabulous. Thank you once again, you really did blow me away!”
